摘要
In this paper, the authors describe in detail the optimal segments method and OPSEG, a computer program which calculates the set of optimal segments. The program is generally applicable to small numbers of discrete data such as time courses of plasma hormones and metabolites. The authors have also applied this method to interpolation of radioimmunoassay standard curves for calculation of unknown sample concentrations.
