摘要
A protein, one of two major components in a preparation obtained from wheat germ, has been identified as actin by its solubility properties, mobility in SDS-acrylamide gel electrophoresis, ability to react with an antiserum against turkey-gizzard actin, and ability to form needle-shaped fibrils. © 1979.
