摘要
Glucose oxidase (20 mg/g of carrier) was immobilized on a porous polyvinylchloride membrane (PVC). The stability of the glucose oxidase was improved with immobilization. The glucose oxidase-PVC membrane was applied as a glucose sensor. As assay, reproducible within ± 7% relative error, was completed within 1 min by the steady state method and within 15 s by the kinetic method. Glucose concentrations of fresh sera were determined by the sensor which remained viable for more than 2 months. © 1979.
