摘要
Magnetic Cu/Co and Pd/Ni superlattices were prepared using a dc sputtering technique. The sublayer thickness of the ferromagnetic and nonferromagnetic components ranges from 1 to 5 and 1.8 to 5 nm, respectively. It is found, that the low-temperature magnetization of Co sublayers is equal to the bulk value. The coercivity and anisotropy field increase with decreasing thickness of the ferromagnetic sublayer. © 1990.
