PROXIMITY EFFECT IN A MESOSCOPIC RING STRUCTURE

摘要
The Josephson current induced by the proximity effect is calculated for a structure with a mesoscopic ring. The result shows that the phase of superconductors and that of mesoscopic systems are entangled and the maximum current is a periodic function of the magnetic flux through the ring. © 1990, THE PHYSICAL SOCIETY OF JAPAN.
