摘要
A short review of the theory and technique of time-resolved fluorescence depolarization is offered. Advantages of the single-photon counting, delayed coincidence method coupled with least-squares reconvolution analysis are discussed briefly. The kinds of structural information available are illustrated by examples taken mainly from the biochemical literature. © 1979.
