摘要
It is shown that, if velocity distribution in particular constant- density flow is known, it is possible to obtain corresponding variable-density velocity field without introduction of compressible turbulent ('%'eddy'%') viscosity; this is accomplished by Dorodnitsyn-Howarth type of transformation applied to time- dependent equations of motion; it is shown that predictions obtained by this procedure agree well with experimental results for compressible jets and wakes.
