摘要
A new microwave 180 degrees phase shifter containing switching high-T-c elements is presented. Its operating principle is based on the fast film switching from the superconducting (S) state to the normal conducting (N) state under controlling overcritical current pulses. The problem of irreversible destruction of the S-N high-T-c film elements is solved by using specially shape controlling current pulses.
