摘要
Neutron transport calculations have been carried out for mono- energetic neutrons normally incident on a semi-infinite slab shield of silicon dioxide with 5% water by weight. For incident neutron energies of 50, 100, 200, 300 and 400 MeV, results are given for the neutron flux per unit energy as a function of depth and energy and for the dose equivalent from neutrons and photons as a function of depth. © 1969.
