HOPPING CONDUCTIVITY IN THE EXTENDED HARD-CORE SQUARE LATTICE GAS

摘要
The hopping conductivity of particles on a square lattice, with infinite nearest-neighbor repulsion, is calculated by a steady-state approach. Effects of dynamic correlations are taken into account in the first nontrivial approximation. Static correlation functions needed for the conductivity formula are computed in the Bethe-Peierls approximation, for concentrations c0.32. The charge correlation factor is obtained, in good agreement with Monte Carlo results. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
