摘要
The relative distribution of phytoalexins induced by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. dianthi in carnation and localized by pyrolysis-mass spectrometry in the xylem differs from that found by HPLC in acetone extracts. In situ, in the xylem, there is a predominance of 2-aryl-1,3-benzoxazin-4H-ones over the more fungitoxic N-aroylanthranilates. At least part of the dianthramides in the extracts has to be ascribed to artifacts apparently due to hydrolysis of benzoxazinones.
