摘要
Mössbauer study of Fe doped 2 2 2 3 phase of the bismuth superconductor is reported. Preparation procedure which results in small concentrations of 2 2 1 2 and 2 2 0 1 phases and large fraction of the 2 2 2 3 phase is followed to make sample for the Mössbauer study. 2 2 0 1 phase formed, even in small quantity, gives appreciable component in Mössbauer spectrum due to the large preference of Fe for the octahedral Cu sites in it. Parameters which characterize Fe at the square planar and the square pyramidal sites in bismuth and 1 2 3 superconductors are similar. © 1990.
