摘要
Pentlandite from the Murchison meteorite survives HF-HCl attack and dissolves in HNO3 at room temperature, thus satisfying the operational definition of phase Q1, the proposed major carrier of carbonaceous chondrite fission xenon. However, identification of pentlandite with that phase is problematical in view of apparently differing thermal stabilities. © 1979.
