摘要
Eight pairs of diastereomeric di‐, tri‐, and tetrapeptides were prepared from alamine, phenylalanine, valine and glycine. Their natural abundance 15N NMR spectra were measured in a 1:1 mixture of acetone/dimethyl sulphoxide and in all eight cases the diastereomers could be distinguished without the aid of shift reagents. The shift difference between the signals of diastereomers is dependent on the nature of the amino acid and on the solvent. Copyright © 1979 Heyden & Son Ltd.
