摘要
1. 1. Histamine has been extracted from the tissues of the snail, crab, goldfish, frog and mouse. 2. 2. The extract was purified and the histamine separated on phosphorylated cellulose columns. 3. 3. The histamine levels have been estimated by bioassay and fluorimetric analysis. Close agreement is found by the two methods. 4. 4. The highest levels were found in the crab ganglia (2·0 ωg/g), goldfish brain (1·8 ωg/g), goldfish heart (1·5 ωg/g) and frog brain (0·9 ωg/g). © 1969.
