摘要
A method for measuring the total absorption cross sections for photons in the energy region of 10-30 MeV is described. Attenuated and unattenuated bremsstrahlung gamma rays from a 33 MeV betatron were analysed by a 4 channel Compton spectrometer with a 2% resolution. Total photo-absorption cross sections for several light elements were determined. © 1969.
