摘要：

An experiment is discussed which demonstrates the separation of the photon induced precursor and electron produced wave from an electrically driven shock tube. The velocity of the fluid-dynamical electron wave is of the order of 108 cm/sec and a plot of its velocity as a function of driven voltage is given.
