摘要：
The diffusion of Kr and Xe in SrF2 and BaF2 has been studied after reactor neutron irradiation using both pure single crystals and single crystals doped with uranium. The activation energies for migration of Kr and Xe in SrF2 are 1.2 and 3.7 eV, in BaF2 1.5 and 3.5 eV, respectively. The results are discussed and compared with results on CaF2.
