摘要：

Spray pyrolysis was demonstrated as a process for the production of thin layers of many adamantine copper compounds, some of which normally have stannite or chalcopyrite structures. Prepared by this technique they exhibit the sphalerite structure and a wide range of solid solubility. Some of these materials could have solar cell applications. © 1979.
