PROPERTIES OF THE D(X2-Y2) GAP IN THE 2-DIMENSIONAL HUBBARD-MODEL

摘要
The superconducting gap of a doped two-dimensional Hubbard model is calculated using a conserving spin-fluctuation approximation. The momentum dependence of the gap is found to be close to the simple dx2-y2 form cos p(x) - cos p(y). The amplitude of the gap at the antinode rises rapidly below T(c) and reaches a 2DELTA(0)/kT(c) value of order 10. This reflects the suppression of pair breaking as the gap opens, along with self-energy feedback effects which act to maintain the strength of the interaction.
