摘要
It is rigorously proved, under certain assumptions, that a (euclidean) scalar quantum field theory in space-time dimension d > 2 cannot exist if the degree q exceeds the critical value qc = 2d/(d - 2). The degree q is defined intrinsically and nonperturbatively but corresponds (formally) to the degree of the (polynomial) hamiltonian. © 1979.
