摘要
Transient photoconductivity experiments in poly(N-vinylcarbazole) have yielded data on the drift mobility of holes and its temperature dependence. Hole mobility is thermally activated with £0=0.12 eV, and the room-temperature mobility is ∼10-3 cm2 V-1·sec -1. An intermolecular hopping mechanism appears to be the most appropriate model for carrier transport.
