摘要
The problem of the influence of fusion-generated alpha particles on lower-hybrid-wave current drive is examined. Analysis is based on a new equation for the lower-hybrid-wave-fast ion interaction, which is derived by taking into consideration the nonzero value of the longitudinal wave number. The steady-state velocity distribution function for high-energy alpha particles is found. The alpha current driven by LH waves as well as the rf power absorbed by alpha particles are calculated.
