摘要
The diffusion of testosterone was analyzed in a gel consisting of propylene glycol dipelargonate and silicic acid, in contact with a microporous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane. The release kinetics and the concentration profiles in the gel were determined for different concentrations of testosterone above and below the solubility concentration. The existence of a non-sink boundary layer has led to an adaptation of the classical theoretical models of interpretation. © 1990.
