摘要：

We show that in Kl3 decay, the lepton-neutrino correlation in the π-ν cm system is linear. We use this to demonstate the virtual impossibility of determining an upper limit on f{hook}s f{hook}+ which is significantly less than 2%. This leads to an intrinsic uncertainty in ξ of 0.2 and could result in the measured value of λ- differing from the actual value by as much as an order of magnitude. © 1969.
