摘要
1. The oxygen affinity of Glossoscolex paulistus erythrocruorin is affected by alkaline pH. 2. Electron microscope studies of this erythrocruorin at pH 7.0 show 12 subunits with a central element in a typical arrangement of general validity for annelid extracellular hemoglobins. At pH 8.6 no images or organized structures can be seen. 3. Immunochemical analyses suggest the presence of "neo antigens" in the dissociated molecule as revealed by polyclonal antisera.
