摘要：

The electron microscope study of the apical zone of the cells of the olfactory mucosa of the Dipnoi Protopterus annectens pointed out the presence of two types of receptors: cells with cilia and cells with microvilli. Contrary to the ideas of Theisen on the Neoceratodus, the Dipnoi cannot be included in the fishes having microvilli receptors only. The spacial repartition of the sensory receptors with respect to supporting cells indicates a high degree of organization. However, it seems precarious to make conclusions on a physiological level. © 1979 Academic Press, Inc.
