摘要
This paper explores how organizational structures might evolve out of network processes. A computer simulation model is used to examine how attributes of organization members might influence the flow of work tasks through an organization. This flow of work tasks is modeled as a network, and the properties of this network are analyzed to describe organization structure. © 1990, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.
