摘要
1. 1. Summer respiration rates in Donax serra and D. sordidus were significantly higher than winter rates. 2. 2. The value of the exponent b in the mass/metabolism equation was significantly affected by seasonal temperature acclimation. 3. 3. Q10 was dependent on body size in summer acclimated animals, but not in winter acclimated animals. 4. 4. Acclimation is characterized by translation of the metabolism/temperature curve to the right in winter acclimated animals although some clockwise rotation occurs in the smaller size classes of D. sordidus in winter. © 1979.
