摘要
Macroporous styrene-divinylbenzene copolymers bearing N-halosulfonamide (1), N-alkyl-N-halosulfonamide (2), or N,N'-alkanediyl-N,N'-bis(halosulfonamide) (3) functional groups were prepared in which both Cl and Br were present. When contacted with water containing NaClO2 at concentrations of 1.6-10 mg/L (22-27-degrees-C, pH 7-8.9), ClO2, HClO, ClO-, and HBrO were produced. Up to 34 L of water/g (basis dry, unhalogenated resin) was treated before regeneration was needed.
