摘要
CoO2 was formed by anodic treatment of Co(OH)2 deposited on a platinum electrode in a borate buffer at + 600-+900 mV (vs. SCE). Anodic polarization of a cobalt electrode at +900 mV yielded a mixture of β-CoOOH and CoO2. Exposure of CoO2 to air for 3 months resulted in decomposition to Co3O4. © 1979, The Electrochemical Society, Inc. All rights reserved.
