摘要
Tuber melanosporum forms typical ectomycorrhizae with Corylus avellana. The cytological study of this association by light and electron microscopy shows the organization of the sheath and Hartig net. The use of some cytochemical techniques (test of PATAg, Swift's reaction) shows polysaccharids associated with cystinrich proteins into walls and matrix. © 1990 Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.
