摘要
We have studied the conductivity of polyparaphenylene implanted films obtained by partial pyrolysis of sequenced copolymer polyparaphenylene-polystyrene. The study according to frequency shows a real doping with caesium ions implanted at low energy while only hopping mechanisms generated by implantation defects appear between localized levels at high energy.
