LEARNING ABOUT THE CABIBBO-KOBAYASHI-MASKAWA MATRIX FROM CP ASYMMETRIES IN B0 DECAYS

摘要
We show how relations among various classes of CP asymmetries in B0 decays can be used to test the unitarity of the three-generation Cabibbo-Kobayashi- Maskawa matrix, independently of the mechanism of mixing in the B0 and K0 systems. We suggest various ways to determine the sign of siń, independently of the sign of the BK parameter. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
