摘要
The dynamic response of glass 0.2Ag2Se.0.8GeSe3 has been studied by both mechnical and electrical spectroscopies. The Arrhenius plots of sigma-ac allowed the determination of a low activation energy, independent of frequency, while a mechanical relaxation peak corresponding to a process with an activation energy close to that of sigma-dc is observed at low temperatures (congruent-to 100 K). A model involving a series-correlated process is proposed to account for these results.
