摘要
The pharmaceutical industry is endeavouring to design vesicular colloidal dosage forms able to carry the drug to the organ following administration, without any degradation occuring. When this first step is solved it will be necessary to maintain constant release. Biodegradable polymers such as dextrans, poly(d,l-lactide) or poly(alkylcyanoacrylate) are able to play the part of surface active agents or suspending agents (in drug adsorbancy), by making nanoparticles which are able to meet the two standards of carrying the drug and delivering it progressively. Meanwhile the various molecular weights of dextrans used as suspending agents and their relative proportions can greatly modify the size, polydispersity index and encapsulation efficiency of the drug carrier. Using thermal methods we have studied the behaviour of the different components of the ''white'' nanoparticle. We have also tried to estimate by thermogravimetric analysis the relative quantities of the nanoparticle components.
