摘要
1. 1. Sialic acid transferase activity was studied in renal cortex tissue using desialized fetuin and Tamm-Horsfall urinary glycoproteins as exogenous acceptors and rat desialized glomerular basement membrane as an endogenous acceptor. 2. 2. The conditions for optimal activity of the enzymatic system were at a pH of 6.4 and a temperature of 30°C. A higher affinity for the endogenous acceptor was noted. © 1979.
