摘要
Oligosaccharides obtained from alkali-extractable wheat-flour arabinoxylans by digestion with endo-(1 --> 4)-beta-D-xylanase from Aspergillus awamori were fractionated by size-exclusion chromatography on Bio-Gel P-2 followed by high-performance anion-exchange chromatography, and subjected to monosaccharide analysis and H-1 NMR spectroscopy. The results revealed (1 --> 4)-linked beta-D-xylopyrano-oligosaccharides partly 3- and/or 2.3-substituted with single alpha-L-arabinofuranosyl groups. The structures of 12 such arabinoxylan oligosaccharides were established.
