摘要
The absorption spectrum of the GeO molecule in the region 1000-1800 Å is observed and extended below 1500 Å for the first time. A number of new Rydberg states are discovered which are assigned to Rydberg series converging on the X2Σ+ state of GeO+. An accurate value of the first ionization potential of GeO is determined as 90 730 ± 30 cm-1 (11.249 ± 0.004 eV). Copyright © 1980 by Academic Press, Inc.
