摘要：

In the media where exist two kinds of sound waves with velocities V1 and V2, acoustic turbulence, determined by the decay 1 --> 22 is considered. The local equation for evolution of turbulent fields in the limit V2/V1 much greater than 1 and connection of new stationary spectra (besides Kolmogorov and Rayleigh-Jeans ones) with additional conserved integral are obtained.
