摘要
The properties (the phase composition, the strength, the hardness, the wear resistance and the oxidation resistance) of alloys based on the borides W2B5 and Mo2B5 using Permalloy or Nichrome as the binder were investigated. The test results of the alloys used as electrodes in electrospark alloying of a Y-8 steel surface are described. The optimum binder percentage for alloy electrodes was determined. The coating obtained was subjected to an oxidation resistance test at 1000 °C. © 1979.
