摘要
Solid solubility is increased by Ti and Zr, slightly increased by Mo, not affected by Nb, Cr or Fe and slightly decreased by Cu. The diffusion coefficient is decreased by Ti and Zr, while other elements have no effect. The effects of Ti and Zr may be due to binding between hydrogen atoms and the solvent atoms in dilute solutions. The H-Ti binding energy is estimated to be about 0. 15 eV. The origin of the H-Ti and H-Zr binding is electronic.
