摘要
The direct biochemical and histological changes which occur as a function of healing time in a non-immobilized rat tibia fracture have been investigated. The biochemical parameters characterized in the healing callus were the content of mineral, water, hydroxylysine, hydroxyproline, proteoglycan (hexosamine), and total lipid, as well as lipid type. In this system the changes of these parameters with healing time resembles the changes observed in zonal progression in epiphyseal growth plate mineralization. © 1979.
