摘要：

A modification of the Moellering method for citrate determination in blood plasma is proposed. The analysis is performed without deproteinisation. It is shown that: 1. (a) the citrate level remains constant in frozen plasma (-20°) during 16 days at least, 2. (b) this level is also constant when plasma is incubated during 8 h at +20°, 3. (c) frequent or normal values for plasma citrate (P = 0.05) are: 9.4 to 25.2 mg/1. The distribution is gaussian. © 1969.
