摘要
1. 1. The synthesis and secretion of antifreeze glycoproteins (AFGP) and other plasma proteins has been examined by 14C-alanine pulse-labelling in the Antarctic cod (Dissostichus mawsoni) at - 1.5°C. 2. 2. Protein synthetic rates (μg/hr per g liver) were estimated to be 130 for intrahepatic proteins, 75 for plasma proteins, and 2 for AFGP polypeptide. 3. 3. Time constants for secretion events have been obtained by kinetic analysis and compared with results in a temperate fish and in mammals. © 1979.
