MOMENTUM DISTRIBUTIONS AND FERMI-SURFACE IN T-J MODEL

摘要
The electron and hole momentum distributions are measured in the t-J model in one- and two-dimensional clusters. The electron momentum occupancy exhibits a clear Fermi surface while the hole momentum occupancy exhibits a clear tendency of the spin-down hole to occupy the same k-state as the one singly occupied by a spin-up electron. The Fermi surface remains unchanged in the entire metallic region and disappears in the insulating (phase-separated) region.
