摘要：
A method is described for modifying polyethylene cannulas to maintain them firmly in the blood vessels. The device and associated circuitry for forming the cannulas is described. Techniques in which the cannulas have been used to sample blood or to infuse substances into the cerebral circulation are detailed. © 1969.
