SYNTHESIS OF TI-CA-BA-CU-O SUPERCONDUCTORS

摘要
Starting compositions of Tl2Ca2Ba2Cu3Ox, TlCa2Ba2Cu3Ox, and TlCa3BaCu3Ox were used to synthesize TlCaBaCuO superconductors. The atmosphere was pure oxygen of pressure 105 to 6 × 105 Pa, and the temperature range was 890 to 940°C. Chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy, and resistivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements revealed that the TlCa3BaCu3Ox composition formed the most phase pure compound. The highest Tc was 120 K. © 1990.
