摘要：

Two dual formulations for the eddy-currents problem in three dimensions are described. Both feature a boundary operator, which takes into account the behaviour of the field away from the region of interest, and provides boundary conditions for a finite element treatment (with special elements, "mixed") in the region of interest. Numerical procedures for the approximation of these operators are given.
