摘要
Communication to the Editor reports a new optical interferometric technique utilizing two coherent light beams focused on a specimen surface for the detection and measurement of acoustic surface waves. The method is used for directly recording standing-wave ratio, attenuation , transmission, harmonic content and other properties of surface waves up to 200 MHz.
